Victoria's Secret ....... causes injury .

Many gals would shop for Victoria's Secret's stuffs online . (I think there's no boutique in SG, right?) From lingerie to dresses to fragrance. They even have skincare and body care. Lovely sexy stuffs specially their G-string.

But watch out .. there is a lady in Los Angeles who got hurted ........ by her thong .

A woman who says she was hurt by her thong panties when a metal clip flew off and hit her in the eye has sued Victoria's Secret, saying in a TV interview on Thursday that the injury caused her "excruciating pain."

Macrida Patterson, a 52-year-old Los Angeles traffic officer, told NBC's "Today" show that she suffered cuts to her cornea from the small piece of metal that had been used to secure a rhinestone heart onto the blue thong.

"I was putting on my underwear from Victoria's Secret and the metal popped in my eye. It happened really quickly. I was in excruciating pain. I screamed. That's what happened," Patterson told NBC.

Patterson's lawyer Jason Buccat, who also appeared on the "Today" show, said the metal staple causes "severe damage" to her cornea that required a topical steroid.

The product liability lawsuit, which was filed on June 9 in Los Angeles Superior Court and first reported on the Smoking Gun Web site, seeks unspecified damages.

A spokeswoman for Victoria's Secret, which is operated by Limited Brands Inc, could not immediately be reached for comment.

I cut my hair on Sunday !!

Now having regrets as my hair seems to grow quite slow .. and pples have been telling me long hair suit me more ..

Sleep: A Necessity, Not a Luxury

Too little sleep also interferes with the body's ability to regulate glucose and can cause inflammation leading to heart problems and a rise in blood pressure. "There's a stress response to being in a sleep loss."

On the other hand, there are people who are suffering from sleep disorders. These disorders include:

Insomnia, an inability to go to sleep or stay asleep.
Sleep apnea, or breathing interruptions during sleep that cause people to wake up repeatedly.
Restless legs syndrome, a tingling or prickly sensation in the legs that causes a person to need to move them, interrupting sleep.

Getting a good night's sleep:

Stick to a regular sleep schedule.
Avoid exercising closer than five or six hours before bedtime.
Avoid caffeine, nicotine and alcohol before bed.
Avoid large meals and beverages late at night.
Don't take naps after 3 p.m.
Relax before bed, taking time to unwind with a hot bath, a good book or soothing music.
If you're still awake after more than 20 minutes in bed, get up and do something relaxing until you feel sleepy. Anxiety over not being able to sleep can make it harder to fall asleep.

Some friens of mine think sleeping is juz a waste of time.. They rather wake up early to read books, go jogging in the park, etc. Which I really don't understand ..

I'm totally in for sleep!
Just yerterday.. I went to bed at 2AM and woke up 5.30PM today .. (which inculde waking Dear up for work at 6.30AM, I always wake up between 11PM ~ 2PM once for I-dont-know-what-reason, Random calls from random pple at 3.30PM [hates it when pple distrub my sleep!!])

Sleep is good okay .. Make excuses to sleep right now!

Living together's great .

So far, I hav been very happy living with Dearing .. *touch wood*

He buys me food b4 and after work,
I eat non-stop,
He washes the dishes,
I don't do the laundry,
He irons my clothes if i wanna wear,
I sleep like a log,
He let me choose wad i wanna watch on tv,
I start my comp when i gets up and surf till wee hrs.
He let me paint his room's wall purple,
I put alot of soft toys on our bed,
etc ...

Sounds like ... I'm a useless gal, rite? lol

But, We do...
clean our room,
eat,
play games,
bath,
sleep,

together :D

I think i put on wt (alot) already ... i ate more at his hse den my hse ... gosh ~
FATTtt ... i dont wan to be fat !!!~

I rather have a simple and monotone life,
den to have a happening and sparkling life ... :)
